President Buhari also known as Mr integrity ever since he took the oath of office in may 2015,has been a bone in the neck to corrupt people.
In his tenure so far,several government officials,individuals have been accused,arrested,detained,while some cases are still ongoing in the court of law.
Patience Jonathan, the colorful wife of Nigeria’s ex-president, Goodluck Jonathan, has become the latest high profile Nigerian embroiled in a corruption-related scandal. Nigeria’s anti-graft agency, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), has frozen accounts containing $31.4 million controlled by the former first lady who claims some of the money was for payment of medical bills.
According to report from Daily Trust, Patience Jonathan has filed a N200m fundamental rights enforcement suit against Skye Bank Plc, following the freezing of four bank accounts, which she claims the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has used to inconvenience and embarrass her.
